IMM Graduate School announces “Class of 2018’ top achievers

South Africa, Johannesburg, 6 May 2019: The IMM Graduate School is pleased to announce the top achievers for 2018. Established in 1948, the well-renowned and reputable provider of higher education has provided industry endorsed, distance learning professional qualifications for more than 30 years and enjoys a solid history of assessing, delivering and conferring degrees, diplomas and certificates of the highest academic integrity. Specialising in marketing, supply chain management and business; the institution has graduated more than 25,000 proud students, of which many hold key positions globally.

During April this year, the IMM Graduate School hosted its Annual Graduation Ceremonies, capping 984 students in the regions of Zimbabwe, KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng and the Western Cape. The class of 2018 saw a record number of qualifications conferred: 2 MPhil Master’s, 111 BPhil Honours, 117 Postgraduate diplomas, 487 degrees, 128 diplomas and 139 certificates.

The institution is proud to announce the top achievers of 2018:

Master’s of Philosophy (MPhil) in Marketing: Gretel Engelbrecht (Western Cape) graduated with a 72% for her Master’s thesis.

Bachelor of Philosophy (BPhil) Honours in Marketing Management: Kyle Skirrow (Gauteng) graduated with a 78.6%, Cum Laude, with six distinctions out of six modules.

Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGMM): Jessica Barrella (Western Cape) graduated with an 88%, Cum Laude.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing Management: Lisa Glutz (Gauteng) graduated with an 83.15%, Cum Laude, with 17 distinctions out of 20 modules.

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing and Management Science: Patrick Carroll (Gauteng) graduated with an 85.6%, Cum Laude, with 19 distinctions out of 19 modules.

Diploma in Marketing Management (DMM): Melita Dimingo (Zimbabwe) graduated with a 76.4%, Cum Laude.

Higher Certificate in Marketing (HCM): Savannah Wilde (Gauteng), with an 80.6% with six distinctions out of seven modules.

Commenting on the success of the Class of 2018, CEO of the IMM Graduate School, Dalein van Zyl said, “We are extremely proud of our graduates and wish them every success in their future careers and endeavors. They are equipped with industry acknowledged qualifications that will serve them well in achieving their goals and ambitions.
